The Semi-Automatic Version

The plant must designate someone within the plant to initiate and inspect batches. This is generally an additional task, not a full time responsibility.

The operator:

• Selects formula (1 through 6)
• Weighs borax and places it in the "Shot Hopper"
• Initiates batch
• After automatic additions of all ingredients, the system will alert the operator to inspect the batch and notify the operator it is ready for the next batch

APS-360 FA

The Fully Automatic Version

The fully automatic version eliminates any operator intervention. When the system is in the automatic mode, it will continuously and automatically prepare the proper batch for the designated storage tank.

Operator tasks are limited to a once daily cleaning and addressing any occasional alarms.

Starch

The APS-360 Series works well with corn, wheat, tapioca or most other native starches.
